F3: The [f]onetics and [f]onology [f]orum

A discussion group for undergrads, graduate students and faculty interested in phonetics and phonology

The Department of Linguistics sponsors a weekly discussion group on Phonetics and Phonology as a forum for the discussion of research in all areas related to the sound systems of spoken language. All interested people from the UIUC community are welcome to participate, including undergraduates, graduate students, faculty and other researchers. Meetings consist of informal presentations of research in progress, practice talks for upcoming conferences and seminars, and discussion of articles and papers.
