Conference Shuttle Service

Participants staying at the Hawthorne Suites and Chancellor hotels can take advantage of a shuttle service provided by the LabPhon 9 organizers for transportation between the hotel and the conference site. Shuttle vans will be identified with a LabPhon 9 sign on the dashboard, and transportation will be provided at the following times:

Wednesday: 5:30 p.m - 6:00 p.m. from Hawthorne Suites and Chancellor to Beckman Institute

8:00 p.m - 8:30 p.m. between Beckman Institute and Hawthorne Suites and Chancellor

Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. from Hawthorne Suites and Chancellor to Beckman Institute

6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. between Beckman Institute and Hawthorne Suites and Chancellor

Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. from Hawthorne Suites and Chancellor to Beckman Institute

8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. between Beckman Institute and Hawthorne Suites and Chancellor

Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. from Hawthorne Suites and Chancellor to Beckman Institute

5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. between Beckman Institute and Hawthorne Suites and Chancellor

Evening shuttle service between Beckman Institute, Hawthorne Suites and the Chancellor Hotel will include a stop in Downtown Champaign near a variety of restaurants, clubs and bars.
